Cancellation Policy: 24 Hours Late cancellations are a disappointment to everyone - you, us and the clients that are on our waiting list, hoping to get in to for care sooner than later. Please understand that a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate for the scheduled appointment.
